Thanks to all 36 of the 76 attending (47%) who completed the evaluation form in our NHS Microsoft Teams channel. See the list of who registered in this channel.
This was good to see, with the comment for questions "3. What went well at this meeting?" and "4. What do you suggest changing for these meeting?" helpful for future planning.
The fifth question was about helping each other with our day to day, front line practices. Most of us felt we agreed or stongly agreed that we had learned something to help our patients.
The Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) pathway for cauda equina syndrome had only been released the month before, on 16 October 2023. It looks like we are keeping up to date with advances in assessing and treating this spine emergency.
We can check again in the future, particularly as the GIRFT programme has not been adopted by NHS Scotland, so far.
Thanks again to all our sponsors. As we believe in transparency as a group, we pulicly show how this generosity was used below.
We continue to seek no funding from the NHS, and agreed to keep this and not fee for attending NHS healthcare professionals.
